Some large items may ship ground only with an additional oversize charge, as required.

All products will be packaged in plain, unmarked boxes.
All Customer information is private and never given out to anyone.
All orders will be shipped within 0-6 business days after being placed.
All online credit card transactions take place through the Stripe secure payment gateway or through Paypal.
City Garden Supply does not store credit card numbers.
